Would a space marine fucking a space marine be considered incest?

I was looking through warhammer images, saw these ones that I absolutely love

And then this question popped up into my head. Since the space marines have gene seed from their primarchs who are all the children of the emperor, would a space marine fucking another space marine be incest even if they're from different chapters? Or heck entire different parts in the galaxy?

Not all space marines are made from the gene seed, some are kidnapped as children from worlds where theres conflict or anything that would lead children to be prone to violence.

Not all space marines are made from the gene seed, some are kidnapped as children from worlds where theres conflict or anything that would lead children to be prone to violence.

And those children will be trained and modified so they become space marines, the modification actively having the geneseed become a part of their being
