I personally like seeing people turned into clothing and boys turned into mature women. Nothing like giving your mother a new dress that is actually her daughter or making a young man learn the joys of womanhood. I've always enjoyed stories about guys being turned into women, women into men, or women becoming futa.
Story wise, it's fun to see a character dealing with new experiences, learning how to adapt, and trying to straighten out their life.

And as far as pure smut goes, it's always incredibly spicy when a character becomes addicted to the brand new form of pleasure that they get to experience after they're changed. Lots of fun directions to go with that.
