Jason Voorhees I find you so hot... I mean I always have since I was a little girl, there's just something about his childlike demeanor vs his killing tendencies which makes him rather adorable to me

Gotta go with jason, he's unstoppable, depending on who's writing him he doesn't kill kids or (non-human) animals, and most of his victims did something to deserve what he does to them, which is how i like my villains.
That being said there's something about candyman that i like, despite that he's killed at least 1 doggo and mutilated at least 1 kid.
And i would be remiss if i didn't mention the gillman/creature from the black lagoon, dude got it even worse than frankenstein's monster in only 3 movies.
