Probably the sexiest I can think of off the top of my head was a family night scene where I was playing a rapidly escalating game of Truth or Dare with my sisters, mom, and aunt. (My partner, like an absolute champ, played all of them at once. Shockingly, the whole thing was her idea.) We never did get to any actual sex since we both had to go to bed and our paths never crossed again, but it was still a lot of fun.

By the nature of this concept, it was a slow build which took maybe three or four sessions to play out. Her character got a friend (a security guard) to let her at night to. High rise hotel still under construction.
In the mysterious new world, we did a good amount of world building together as we went. The new world was a seemingly copy of her own wurkd frozen at midnight and depopulated.
She has a little fun exploring like in the movie Night of the Comet. She found the phone of her security guard friend and realized that he had been stalking her.
Also, mannequins were occupying the places of people, like sitting in the driver seats of cars which happened to be on the road.
She ended up in the basement of a sex shop. There she found a doppelganger of herself in bondage. When she touches the dopp, they changed places. The dopp ran away, leaving her there. Soon, a pair of faceless silent men arrived and molested her.
After that, the security guard friend showed up. The dude has been visiting this alternate reality himself and using her doppelganger as a sex toy.
