I've listened to this song countless times over the years. I've cried multiple times to it. I've been through so much and in the end I would put on this tune. Lil Uzi Vert is my favorite artist of all time, and this song is a huge reason why. It's super sad and a bit melancholy, but that's exactly why I like it.

Jack Stauber's music always give me a feeling of Melancholy and Nostalgia for things I haven't done and places I haven't been.
Pizza Boy was actually names after an Autistic fan of Jack's "PizzaBoyAnthony". I kinda relate to that having autism myself.
The song's lyrics (At least my interpretation) are about modern society, but not like most songs about it where their either "Society Bad!" or "We should just have an Anarchy!"
The lyrics are more of "Society is VERY flawed and we need to fix it, yes. But it's better than nothing.
My favorite lines are probably;
