I think some of the "loli" deletions were in error
While most of the lolis that have been remove, I think these are in error. I found them by typing in "loli" as the keyword in the search and then going to the image and upon seeing the "deleted" message, clicking "original image" link on the page. I think these specific ones were deleted in error.

While this character is supposed to be 11 in the movie, and she was played by an 11yo actress, the image in question is a carton drawing, and her appearence isn't particularly "loli" in nature. And remember that a "loli" is much younger than just "a girl under 18". The fact is that back when in high school I've seen girls who were teens (not lolis) and some of them had appearences similar to the drawn character in question. And remember that if a character is "loli" or not is about appearence, not the character's in-story age, and not the character's actress's age in the live action film, but rather about her APPEARENT age in the image. And I can't say that her appearence in this image is one that assures that she's loli.

This one is even MORE OBVIOUS as "not loli" than the previous one. I've seen 18yo girl's who look as young as (and some look even younger than) the anime girl in this picture. This girl's breasts are well developed, and her overall appearence is someone who could EASILLY be 18yo. Also notice how she looks Asian, and remember that Asians of any given age tend to look younger than "white" people of the same age, so she could EASILLY be over 18, and even over 20. I remember once on TV I saw on a news story on North Korea, and they were interviewing a college student who was 22, but I thought she looked about 14. So yeah, this picture in question most certainly is NOT loli.

I think these mistaken deletions occured when you had your forum's "deleter bot" delete all images marked with the tag "loli", and did NOT actually look at each of the images to see if they truly looked "loli". Had you taken the time to MANUALLY CHECK EACH ONE, you would have seen that some of the one's marked "loli" in fact did NOT meet the appearence criteria to be "loli", and therefore would have not deleted them. I really think that the above 2 images I mentioned should be rechecked manually, and upon seeing that I'm correct in my assessment, they should be undeleted.

Here's a real life example.
These are a couple pics of Milena D from MET-Art

guests.met-art.com/media/...619F96576DD53038AB049.jpg

She actually LOOKS loli in these pics, but she is in fact 20 years old, so no loli (look at her profile page guests.met-art.com/model/milena-d/ ). I also figured out given how old she is now, how old she would have been in previous years, and the earliest year she had any galleries on met art is the year she turned 18, so in fact there are NO underage pics of her. ALL of her pics are legal (she was at least 18 at the time of the photograph being taken for all her pics), even though she LOOKS underage, and in fact in some of the pics looks young enough to qualify as "loli". She isn't actually loli in ANY of them, and in fact isn't even underage in any of them. This is proof that appearence alone can't tell you age, and thus you should be willing to fudge the "loli" status a bit when looking at an anime character's appearence. I should say to be on the safe (that is safe from violating freedom of speech) side of things, you should always fudge on the side that the character isn't loli unless it is COMPLETELY OBVIOUS that she is loli. Of course the opposite is true for photos of real people (as even accidentally getting an underage pic means BIG PRISON TIME), so you should assume the person to be younger than they appear. But with anime loli porn, one should assume that they are a bit OLDER than they look.

I was going to rant about how you made another one of this threads, but then I actually reed what you wrote. The word "underage" makes things confusing. If charterers that are under 18 be deleted that would take most of the site's content.

flat chest or small breasts doesn't equal loli, there are women in real life who have them. Unless the only time you've seen women is on a site like this.

So yeah, Pics should be deleted for a reason like "her boobs aren't big enough".

The hitgirl image is borderline underaged so it's up to the person who removed it, I didn't, I also have not been doing mass deletions for some time, since I prefere to look through things individually and add the tag 'notloli' if they have been tagged wrong.

It's up to all of us, not just mods and admin to ensure images are not incorrectly tagged loli, all of us registered folkes can change tags, also we don't ban unless someone has broken the terms several times.

The random anime girl looked just about old enough as does hitgirl, but I can see how someone might miss that at a glance, we have alot of stuff to remove on a day to day basis, so again we need members to assist, not point things out.

It's very easy to finger point at a few mistakes, and they are very few considering, then pretty much rant about it, which by the way helps NO ONE.

But it's much harder to maybe help the website have images tagged properly and counter act whichever person is tagging these wrongly.

I suggest you redirect your energy into helping with that, instead of jumping up and down pointing at mistakes which is extremely easy to do and unhelpful :)

We are however always pleased to be made aware of a problem or issue with the site, but that should be done by private message to myself or a mod, not a public rant.

I will lock any topics that debate what is and what isn't loli, because that subject has already been discussed at great length and ultimately it's up to moderators or admin to decide since that avoids any confusion.
