I have an image but i cannot find an upload button anywhere can someone help

Upper left corner.

Go to "Posts" in the top left corner, then after the page loaded right under "Posts" should now be: "Upload" and "Upload video"

How do I upload a YouTube video onto this site? Furthermore, how do I upload other videos/ photos? I’m not familiar with uploading.
