how come everything i put down is spam, even though i only posted very few things on this site? I try to post something on a picture only like 1 or 2 sentences and it says i can't cause of spam?

You mean a comment, right?

If it's not allowing you to comment and giving you the reason spam, it means an account you owned or was on your ip was banned for repeat spamming which is against the Terms of Service.

That means you will most likely be able to use the site with other accounts that arn't banned, but your posting rights, comments right etc are suspended.

So we just make a new account and the problem goes away?

No having an IP banned does not go away, no matter how many accounts you have, making a new account wont give you back those permissions taken away for good.
